The project was carefully crafted to transform a large open concrete vehicle bay into a cozy, fully functional multi-bedroom home. Complex interior wood framing grids were erected from scratch to cleanly define the separate spaces for the two independent bedrooms, a centralized bathroom, and an open kitchen/dining core.

To accommodate a complete residential load, a full underground plumbing rough-in was executed from the main street grid. The electrical layout was completely overhauled with an independent 200-amp service panel upgrade, ensuring that both the primary house and the new 2-bedroom ADU run efficiently without power interruptions or structural load issues.
