The Pool House ADU is an ultra-luxury secondary residence located in the upscale neighborhood of Sherman Oaks. Completed in 2022, this detached single-story structural masterpiece was developed to maximize functionality and comfort by replacing a non-habitable, un-permitted backyard pool house with a fully legal luxury residence.

Situated adjacent to a pristine backyard pool, the design focuses on high-end structural engineering, premium architectural elements, and seamless outdoor entertainment integration. The result is a spectacular, high-end guest house that functions as a comfortable resort-style dwelling and a high-earning rental asset.

The project was carefully crafted with heavy commercial-grade materials to allow for an open, expansive floor plan with minimal internal pillars. The structure features an engineered poured concrete slab foundation, durable steel beam framing, and a high-performance single-ply TPO flat roof system.

The interior showcases ultra-luxury finishes, including quartz countertops, custom continuous hardwood cabinetry, and designer stone accent walls in the bathroom. Massive floor-to-ceiling glass slider doors face the swimming pool, flooding the entire one-bedroom layout with natural light and providing a high-end resort aesthetic that blends indoor living with outdoor entertainment.
