Plans and permits, done right the first time

We offer permit-and-design as a standalone service for homeowners who already have a builder, or who are early in planning and want to know what’s possible. Our in-house licensed architect (Alex Kim, AIA) handles the drawings, energy compliance, and full city/county submission.

Because we submit dozens of ADU sets every year, we know exactly what LA Building & Safety, LADWP, and county departments want — which means fewer correction cycles and faster approvals.
